Digital Live Court Recording System (DLCRS)
  The E- Courts Program aims to create a modern, innovative and effective courts system for Judicial System.
  E – Court is an integral part of a world-class judicial system, where to build or upgrade the existing courts with new technologies that would incorporate many improvement initiatives to enhance the experience of court users.
  One of the initiatives focuses on enhancing the recording of court proceedings by implementing a DLCRS - digital audio and video recording system in the courts.
The Digital Live Court Recording System aims to achieve the following main objectives :
  Provide a high-quality digital live recording capability to enable verbatim recording of all court proceedings.
  Improve the recording, searching, indexing and viewing of court proceedings.
  Improve the documentation and quality of judge decisions.
  Improve court effectiveness and transparency by leveraging digital audio/video technology.
